experienced Lead Software Developer to drive the continued development of
H.E.A.T.™, optimizing real-time AI processing, API integrations, and cloud-

Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning Development
• Enhance the AI-driven emotion recognition engine with machine learning
models (TensorFlow, OpenCV, NLP) to increase accuracy beyond 82%.
• Implement deep learning techniques to improve facial expression analysis,
body language interpretation, and vocal sentiment detection.
• Research & develop new AI/ML models to expand H.E.A.T.™’s emotional database
beyond the “Big Six” emotions.
Software Architecture & Full-Stack Development
• Lead the design & deployment of a scalable SaaS platform using React,
Node.js, and AWS Lambda.
• Develop & optimize RESTful & GraphQL APIs to support multi-platform
integrations in healthcare, security, and HR tech.
• Implement microservices architecture for real-time emotional data
processing, reducing query latency by 40%.
• Develop and enhance mobile applications using Flutter & React Native,
ensuring cross-platform consistency.
Cloud, DevOps & Security
• Deploy & optimize H.E.A.T.™ in AWS (Amplify, Cognito, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda,
EC2) to enable real-time, secure, and scalable AI processing.
• Ensure GDPR, HIPAA, and cybersecurity compliance, implementing advanced
encryption & secure API authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
• Automate CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions & Docker, ensuring fast, secure
deployments.
Leadership & Innovation
• Lead a global team of developers, mentoring engineers in AI, cloud
architecture, and full-stack development.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers & data scientists to refine AI models and
optimize the user experience.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives by exploring quantum computing, voice
sentiment analysis, and advanced behavioral analytics.

Required Experience
7+ years in full-stack development, with leadership experience in AI-driven
SaaS platforms.
3+ years of AI & machine learning experience, focusing on emotion recognition,
NLP, and sentiment analysis.
Proven success in developing &scaling SaaS applications with microservices and
cloud-based infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, encryption, and API security best
practices.
Experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and collaborating with global
stakeholders.
