We’re **moving fast** and need a founding engineer who thrives in **early-
stage chaos** and **loves shipping quickly**. If you want to own **technical
decisions, build 0→1, and shape the future of AI in healthcare** , this is
your role.

**What You’ll Do**

As our **Founding Engineer** , you’ll be a core part of the founding team,
shaping not just the product but the company itself. This is a builder’s dream
role: fast iterations, collaboration, and the chance to set technical
direction from Day 1.

**Who You Are**

* **5+ years of backend** and ML engineering experience
* **Strong Python** skills, SQL/NoSQL knowledge, and modern DevOps practices (AWS)
* Hands-on with **ML workflows** (PyTorch, etc.)
* Experience integrating **AI/LLM-based systems** (agents, NLP, RAG)
* **BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI** , or a related field
* Bonus: You’ve been a **founding engineer/early startup employee** before and loved it
