About Us:
Breethwell is a health innovation startup on a mission to improve lives
through better breathing. Our flagship device, CMAP (Continuous Monitoring of
Airflow Patterns), helps users identify and correct dysfunctional daytime
breathing patterns like Screen Apnea—a silent epidemic among tech users,
remote workers, and high-performing professionals.
Breethwell was born from over 20 years of clinical and behavioral research at
Pacific NeuroScience, which led to the discovery of Day Apnea and the
development of the foundational technology behind CMAP.
We have:
Fully developed IP and working prototype
Founder-funded progress to date
A clear market, unique positioning, and high-upside consumables line.
A growing awareness movement in breathwork, wellness, and mental performance
But we’ve reached the end of our financial runway — and now it’s time to find
a leader who can raise, build, and scale.
The Role:
We’re seeking a President / Co-Founder to take operational ownership, lead our
next investment round, and prepare Breethwell for national launch.
This is a CEO-successor track for someone who thrives on execution, team
building, and bringing products to market.
What You'll Own:
Fundraising strategy and capital raise execution (Series A)
Full operational leadership (product, supply chain, customer experience)
Team building and personnel management (removing that burden from the founder)
Launch of CMAP in targeted wellness and breathwork markets
Strategic growth partnerships (B2B, influencers, health orgs)
Weekly collaboration with the founder, who retains vision and IP oversight
What We’re Looking For:
Proven operator or founder with startup grit
Experience raising capital — and ideally able to invest personally
Strong people management instincts and systems thinking
Passion for wellness, human optimization, or behavioral health
Builder mindset with integrity, urgency, and humility

Experience Required
7–15 years total professional experience
At least 3–5 years in startup leadership or founder/operator role
