About the Role
Remote Works is an expert network that routes premium AI training briefs to
qualified specialists. We are seeking legal experts (JDs, LLMs, or equivalent)
to help refine the logic and reasoning of the world’s leading legal AI models.
In this role, you will evaluate model outputs for jurisdiction-specific
accuracy, ensuring that AI-generated legal reasoning is sound, ethical, and
factually correct.
The Impact of This Role
As AI becomes a core tool for the legal profession, the need for human
oversight is critical. By coordinating the evaluation of complex legal logic,
you directly support the ability to scale high-quality AI without compromising
the integrity of legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Reasoning Evaluation: Review and rank AI-generated responses to complex
legal queries across various jurisdictions.
Contract Analysis: Audit AI-drafted contracts for precision, identifying
subtle errors in logic or statutory application.
Safety & Bias Review: Ensure model outputs remain neutral and aligned with
ethical legal frameworks.
Feedback & Rubric Authoring: Draft clear technical justifications to explain
why one legal output is superior to another, helping to "teach" the model.
What You Will Bring
Essential Skills (Must-Haves):
Legal Expertise: A Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or equivalent
high-level legal degree.
Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in practicing law, contract
analysis, or legal research.
Analytical Precision: The ability to explain complex legal trade-offs in a
clear, concise manner for technical teams.
Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Haves):
Experience with LLM training or Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback
(RLHF).
Background in Jurisdiction-specific statutory review or compliance.
