Your Mission

You’ll be the COO, the right hand to the founders, and the person who builds
the operational machine behind our product, people, and growth. You’ll turn
ideas into systems, lead execution, and create the structure that takes us
from start-up to scale-up to Unicorn.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Build & Lead Ops from Scratch – From zero to world-class infrastructure
✔️ Translate Vision into Execution – You’ll work directly with the CEO/Co-
Founders
✔️ Drive Structure – SOPs, workflows, automations, KPI tracking, dashboards,
team flow
✔️ Oversee Teams – From developers to marketing and customer success (you
build the ops backbone)
✔️ Launch & Scale – Own the rhythm of execution and scale across all functions
✔️ Spot Gaps & Solve Problems – You see the leaks and close them before they
hit
✔️ Fundraising Readiness – Help us stay investor-ready, and speak the language
of VCs and metrics
