**The Role:** **AI Applied Engineer**
You will pioneer the technical foundations of our innovative marketplace. Your
focus will be translating practical insights from our experienced team into
scalable, reliable, and cutting-edge software solutions. You'll build

intelligent automation across the construction lifecycle.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Develop Innovative Technical Solutions: Create and implement novel software features and intuitive user experiences informed by real-world industry expertise.
* Prototype & Iterate Rapidly: Quickly build and refine software based on user feedback, usage metrics, and technical performance.

**What We 're Looking For:**

* Practical AI/ML Experience: Direct experience integrating AI-driven solutions, including predictive analytics, NLP, and automation technologies.
