Job Description

Most AI health companies are still pitching what they'll build. Beni is
already live inside primary care practices, handling real patient
interactions, surfacing real clinical signal, and generating real outcomes.
Now we're rebuilding the entire experience layer into something much more
ambitious, and we're hiring a product lead to drive it.

**About the Role**

We have a working product and paying customers. What we don't have yet is the
agentic infrastructure and integration-readiness that will define what Beni
becomes: the layer that makes proactive, intelligent care coordination feel
less like software and more like a care team member who never sleeps, combined
with the infrastructure to roll this out at scale. Your job is to help design,
prototype, and ship that next version. You'll work across a founding team that
includes highly regarded medical experts with deep expertise in the space,
alongside an established, highly accomplished product, sales and operations
executive team. You will own the day-to-day around the experience and
integration layer: what patients interact with, what care teams see, and how
our voice AI and messaging systems actually behave and connect in the real
world.

This is a role with real ownership, real autonomy, and high growth potential
into more senior leadership positions as Beni scales.

**What You 'll Own**

* Product strategy and roadmap for Beni's patient engagement and care coordination platform, working directly with the executive team
* The translation layer between clinical reality and AI capability: understanding both well enough to know where they meet
* Conversation design and interaction logic for AI-driven patient communication, including our cutting-edge voice AI systems that handle real clinical conversations with real patients
* Care team tooling: making clinical insight actionable without adding cognitive load
* Prototyping and shipping production-quality front-end work in close collaboration with engineering. You're expected to build, not just spec.
* Metrics that reflect real outcomes: activation, engagement, care gap closure, practice retention
* Defining, monitoring, and refining evaluation frameworks, ensuring safety and reliability
* Integration layer: working through EMR integrations bridging the technical and compliance requirements

**Who We 're Looking For**

* A hybrid of product management and product design, with deep technical knowledge and genuine curiosity about how things work under the hood
* Someone who has built AI-native products, not managed a roadmap that happened to include AI features
* Hands-on comfort with prototyping and shipping production-level front-end code, using modern AI coding tools as part of your everyday workflow
* A genuine point of view on where agentic AI is going, especially in voice AI and conversational interfaces, and how it changes what's possible in care delivery
* Comfort in environments where the path isn't fully defined. You help define it.
* Experience in regulated or high-stakes domains. Healthcare background and experience with EMR system integrations is a strong plus.
* Sharp written communication. You can make a clear, persuasive case for what should be built and why.
* Preferably US-based, with availability to engage directly with practice partners in our key markets

**The Opportunity**

The model that makes Beni possible is genuinely new. The infrastructure to
support it doesn't fully exist yet, which means you'll be building from the
ground up.

In the first few months, you'll ship real product into live clinical
environments, shape the roadmap for our agentic voice and messaging systems,
and establish the design and interaction patterns that define how Beni feels
to patients and care teams.

In the background, you will lead our product integration efforts as we scale
and sign up new practices.

If you thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, this is the kind of role
that's hard to find: early enough to matter, operational enough to move.

Beni is early-stage with a live product. Compensation includes meaningful
equity. We're building something that has never existed before, inside a
healthcare system that badly needs it.
