**About ArcHouse**
Losing a loved one is a tough experience in its own right, and to have this
pain further compounded by complex operational challenges makes the experience
even more difficult. Hospice care is designed to provide comfort and support
to both patients and their families, yet the inefficiencies rooted in
overwhelming paperwork, faxes, and phone calls have played a large part in
delaying much-needed care. This is why we started ArcHouse, and our goal is to
build the hospice infrastructure that ensures millions of patients receive the
care they deserve in their final days.
**About You**
We’re seeking a full-stack engineer who loves taking full ownership and is
genuinely excited about joining a fast-growing startup. You’ll play a key role
in establishing both our technical and cultural foundations as we rapidly
scale.

* You have 6+ years of product-focused full-stack engineering experience. You’re comfortable delivering production-grade code in a fast-paced environment.
* **Ownership:** You want to own a product and drive it forward. You’re excited about the responsibility and challenge that comes with shaping the future of our platform.
* **First-Principles Reasoner:** You excel at breaking complex concepts down to their core elements and building logical solutions from the ground up.
* **Customer-First:** You build with the customer at the forefront.
* **You Challenge Assumptions:** When someone tells you things are done a certain way, your first reaction is why?
* **Leader:** You have a clear vision of what needs to be done and how to get there, guiding yourself and others toward successful outcomes.
* **Interdisciplinary:** You’re willing and interested in jumping across multiple disciplines, from dev ops to data modeling, front-end to architecture.

**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be at the forefront of our product development, building key products
from the ground up and shaping the core features that will define our
company’s future. You’ll work directly with our founders and Head of
Engineering and own projects end-to-end, continuously pushing yourself, and
the team, to deliver high-impact features at startup speed.

* Intro Call: A quick chat with one of our founders to get to know you
* Deep Dive: A conversation with both founders where we’ll dive deeper into your experience, goals, and cultural fit.
* Technical Project: You’ll receive a real-world project from our Head of Engineering. The goal is to see how you approach problem-solving, code quality, and collaboration.
