### **We 're building therapist-supervised AI that extends human connection
between sessions, without replacing therapists.**

**What You’ll Do:**
• Own architecture and build for our AI platform extending therapeutic
relationships.
• Translate cinical insight into safe, reliable AI workflows alongside
clinical and technical leadership.
• Design privacy-first data infrastructure and integrate LLM frameworks
(LangChain / LangGraph).
• Build scalable front- and back-end systems (Python, TypeScript, FastAPI,
cloud-native).

**Who You Are:**
• 5-10 years experience shipping production software, including 0→1 builds.
• Strong with Python, TypeScript, cloud architecture (AWS / GCP).
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications: RAG, orchestration frameworks,
evaluation.
• Excellent written communicator. This role requires clear async communication
with clinical stakeholders.
• Healthcare, regulated systems, or safety-critical AI experience is a strong
plus.
• Based in North America.
