We’ve been building and selling the omni-channel guest communication platform
for hospitality — conversational AI that handles reservations, guest comms,
and the messy edge cases restaurants actually deal with, across voice, email,
text, WhatsApp, social, and chat. Two years old, fast-growing, with real
revenue and an experienced team. Live with paying customers across the US and
Canada, expanding into Europe and Australia this year.
I'm looking for a senior engineer to become the technical backbone of the
company. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role: you'll architect the
platform, ship production code daily, and own product decisions end-to-end.
Think founding engineer, not ticket-taker. As we grow, this role builds and
leads the engineering team.
You'll be a fit if you:
Are genuinely full-stack across Go, Python, and React
Think like a product person — you care about what we're building and why, not
just how
Can move between architect, PM, and IC hats without losing momentum
Are comfortable owning ambiguity in a small, fast-moving team
Bonus: experience with messaging/voice infra, real-time systems, or LLM-
powered products
