Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Executive Producer to lead
program management efforts for our AAA MMORPG project. As a peer to other
director-level roles, the Executive Producer will act as the cornerstone of
project organization, developing and executing a cross-functional roadmap
while building and managing the staffing plan and frameworks necessary for
successful execution. This role is critical in establishing and running a
Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment, accountability, and
delivery across all departments.

As a founding team member, your compensation will be based on equity and/or a
percentage of ICO funds, disbursed within 48 hours of the project's funding.
This model ensures alignment with the project’s success, offering significant
potential rewards tied directly to its achievements.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive program management framework to ensure efficient delivery of milestones.
2. Establish best practices, tools, and workflows to facilitate cross-departmental coordination and transparency.
3. Run the equivalent of a PMO, including oversight of project managers, reporting structures, and issue escalation pathways.
4. Develop a detailed staffing plan for program management and operational roles, ensuring the project is appropriately resourced.
5. Collaborate with department heads to align staffing needs with project goals and timelines.
6. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for program and project management staff.
7. Create and maintain an integrated, cross-functional roadmap that aligns creative, technical, and ICO-related deliverables.
8. Coordinate with all department leads to ensure roadmap milestones are realistic, achievable, and prioritized effectively.
9. Continuously update and adapt the roadmap based on project progress and evolving requirements.
10. Act as the primary coordinator across all departments, ensuring alignment and resolving dependencies.
11. Serve as the central communication hub, providing updates to leadership, stakeholders, and department leads.
12. Develop and execute a communication framework for consistent reporting and collaboration.
13. Identify and proactively mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or quality.
14. Establish and oversee escalation processes to address roadblocks and interdepartmental conflicts effectively.
15. Monitor progress against the roadmap, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within budget.
16. Drive accountability across all teams by tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
17. Support post-launch operations by planning for live service needs, including updates and expansions.
18. Develop timelines for delivering staking and burning features in collaboration with the technical team.
19. Establish workflows to integrate community feedback into reward systems.
20. Act as a liaison between department leads to resolve conflicts related to resource allocation for these initiatives.

**Key Deliverables (First 60-90 Days)**

1. Develop and implement a program management framework tailored to the project’s needs.
2. Create a staffing plan for program management and operational roles, ensuring key positions are filled.
3. Deliver a comprehensive, cross-departmental roadmap aligned with creative, technical, and ICO-related goals.
4. Establish workflows and reporting structures for the PMO, including tools for tracking and communication.
5. Conduct a risk assessment and mitigation plan for key project dependencies and challenges.
6. A roadmap detailing the launch and iteration of staking and burning mechanisms.
7. Reporting structures to track and measure the impact of token-related rewards.
8. Risk assessments for community-facing deliverables (e.g., AMAs, developer shadowing).

**Qualifications**

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 7+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in AAA game development or large-scale software projects.
2. Proven track record of implementing and managing program management frameworks and PMOs.
3. Expertise in staffing and resource planning for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
4. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
5. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with MMORPG development or large-scale live service projects.
2. Understanding of blockchain technologies, ICO processes, or tokenomics.
3. Experience with Unreal Engine or equivalent game development platforms.
4. Background in post-launch live operations and support planning.
