researchers in a specific area of cardiovascular studies, and struggles to
find the time or money to conduct his work despite it's relevance.

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Technical Lead to help lead
product management and build the early versions of our innovative product. As
a key member of the founding team, you will be responsible for defining the
technical vision, driving the development process, and ensuring the successful
delivery of our AI-powered applications. This role requires a deep
understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and data
science, along with strong leadership and product management skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of the early versions of
our AI-powered applications.
Product Management: Work closely with the founding team to define product
requirements, create roadmaps, and prioritize features based on user needs and
market trends. Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
Implementation: Develop and implement core components of the product,
including natural language processing, machine learning models, generative AI,
retrieval-augmented generation, and web scraping mechanisms.
Team Building: Help assemble and lead a high-performing technical team,
fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Mentor and guide
junior developers and data scientists.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technical concepts and project status
to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Represent
the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with potential
investors.
Quality Assurance: Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and
deployment to ensure a robust and scalable product.
**Qualifications:**
* Expertise in natural language processing, machine/deep learning, generative AI, and data science.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, and experience with relevant frameworks and libraries (e.g.,LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
* Experience with web scraping, data extraction, and integration of data from various online sources.
* Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation and its applications in search and information retrieval.
* Experience with or knowledge of DevOps/MLops architacture design
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and technology.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
* Knowledge of front-end development and UI/UX design principles.
* 2+ years of experience working in a startup environment
