Weβre looking for a driven, resourceful, and ambitious sales rep to take
ownership of inbound leads and help us scale to the next level.
πΌ What You'll Be Doing
* Responding to inbound leads (form submissions, booked calls, etc.)
* Qualifying prospects and understanding their business goals
* Pitching our offer with clarity and confidence on Google Meet
* Following up and closing deals ($25kβ$100k+ range)
* Collaborating with the founder to refine the sales process
* Managing CRM (Attio), AI call notes (fireflies.ai), and pipeline stages
* Keeping a complete prospect Q&A list and refining it with our founder
* Listening to previous sales calls & reading previous email exchanges, to learn the process
* Reviewing your own sales calls and sending founder improvements you are working on for the next calls
π― You Might Be a Fit If You:
* Are based in the US and speak fluent, clear business English
* Have 2+ years of B2B tech sales experience (ideally in software services, can be SaaS)
* Know how to sell on value and outcomes, not features
* Are comfortable closing $50k+ deals over Google Meet
* Are process-oriented but also a self-starter
* Want to grow into a leadership role as we scale
π° Compensation
* OTE (On Target Earnings): $100k+ in year one
* Base salary: $50,000/year
* Commission: 10% on all deals closed
* Bonuses for exceeding targets
