**Overview**
Allo.Capital is building the capital allocation layer of the tokenized
internet. We’re systematically exploring new funding mechanisms—retroactive
funding, streaming QF, credit attribution, hypercerts, and more—to
decentralize how capital flows in Web3.
To lead this mission, we’re looking for a hybrid CTO/Product/BD leader who
can:
✅ Define and drive product vision for capital allocation innovation.
✅ Lead rapid prototyping of new mechanisms and on-chain funding tools.
✅ Grow adoption and partnerships, shaping the business model and go-to-market
strategy.
This is not a traditional CTO, PM, or BD role—it’s a fusion of all three.
You’ll be the architect of new funding models, the driver of partnerships, and
the leader of the technical roadmap. If you thrive at the intersection of

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Capital Allocation Innovation & Technical Leadership (CTO Function)
2. Own the R&D and prototyping of new capital allocation mechanisms—e.g., Quadratic Funding, RetroFunding, Credit Attribution.
3. Develop lean, smart contract-based MVPs to validate ideas quickly.
4. Work closely with Allo’s engineering and ecosystem teams to ensure smooth integration of new funding models.
5. Ownership of technical architecture of product suite.
6. Ensure that Allo remains at the forefront of capital allocation experiments by running lightweight pilots and experiments.
7. Product Strategy & Execution (Product Leadership)
8. Translate experimental funding ideas into usable products, bridging the gap between theory and real-world adoption.
9. Collaborate with engineers and designers to bring capital allocation mechanisms to life.
10. Prioritize initiatives based on adoption, scalability, and revenue potential.
11. Develop and maintain a roadmap for Allo’s funding infrastructure, ensuring alignment with ecosystem needs.
12. Make sure Allo’s tools are modular, forkable, and usable by DAOs, investors, and grant programs.
13. Growth, Partnerships & Business Development (BD Function)
14. Own adoption, PMF, and go-to-market for Allo’s capital allocation mechanisms.
15. Identify and form partnerships with DAOs, L2s, and funding programs that can deploy these models.
16. Work with funders to align revenue models with sustainable funding flows.
17. Lead the development of self-sustaining treasury mechanisms—e.g., fee models, protocol integrations, and Revnet-based funding.
**What Success Looks Like**
First 3 Months:
✅ Define and prototype 1-2 high-value capital allocation mechanisms (e.g.,
Retro Funding module, KYC registry for capital allocation).
✅ Form partnerships with at least 3 key funding organizations to test these
models.
✅ Develop a structured roadmap for Allo’s funding infrastructure.
First 6 Months:
✅ Demonstrate real-world adoption of an Allo-native funding mechanism.
✅ Refine business model and fee structures, ensuring sustainability.
✅ Position Allo as the category leader in on-chain capital allocation.
**Ideal Profile (Skills & Experience)**
We don’t expect you to check every box, but you should have:
**🛠 Technical/Product Experience**
* Strong Web3 engineering knowledge (can scope/prototype smart contract MVPs).
* Deep understanding of funding mechanisms (Quadratic Funding, Retro PGF, staking, airdrops).
* Experience in open-source, DAO, or token-based ecosystems.
* Ability to prototype quickly—work with or lead small teams in rapid iteration cycles.

* Capacity to quickly learn go-to-market for on-chain funding mechanisms—how to drive adoption.
* Strong partnership/networking skills—can build alliances with funders, DAOs, and L2s.
* Comfortable driving business model discussions (protocol fees, Revnet integrations, sustainable treasury models).
