What We're Building:
A Unified Agentic AI wealth intelligence platform for family offices, UNHWIs,
and Priavte Investors
Pre-seed stage. MVP ready. Raising $2.5M pre-seed round.

The Role:
Own technology vision and build engineering team (2→10+ engineers):
Architect scalable AI-powered fintech platform
Drive agentic AI strategy and financial intelligence systems
Lead hiring, product direction, and technical strategy
Shape fundraising and represent Finthos externally
True co-founder ownership, not VP Eng.

You Are:
4+ years engineering, 3+ in leadership
Built 0→1 products to scale (100K+ users or $10M+ revenue)
Deep AI/ML expertise (LLMs, agents, RAG, fine-tuning)
Fintech/financial services/Private Wealth background
Hired and scaled engineering teams
SF-based (Hybrid)
Bonus: Startup founder/early CTO, raised funding, domain expertise in wealth
management

Tech Stack:
Next.js, React, Supabase, Gemini/OpenAI/Claude APIs, Plaid Future: Multi-agent
systems, mobile apps, proprietary AI models, financial infrastructure, banking
data connectors
