looking for a world-class **Senior Flutter Engineer** to help us ship fast,
beautiful, and reliable user experiences across 120+ markets.

### Responsibilities
* Build and maintain MoneyFlap’s Flutter apps with pixel-perfect UI and smooth, responsive performance.
* Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver intuitive, fast, and delightful user experiences.
* Architect, implement, and maintain reusable Flutter components and modules.
* Integrate with APIs, handle state management, and optimize for multi-region performance.
* Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality, maintainable code.
* Debug, diagnose, and fix UI/UX issues quickly and efficiently.
* Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and app performance.
* Contribute to MoneyFlap’s design system and component library as we scale across new countries.
### Qualifications
* **5+ years of proven experience** building production-grade Flutter apps.
* Strong foundation in **Dart, Flutter** architecture, and state-management patterns (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc, Provider, MobX).
* Expertise in mobile-responsive UI, animations, and clean design implementation.
* Strong understanding of HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals (not mandatory, but valuable).
* Experience integrating REST and **WebSocket APIs**.
* Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, app store deployment, and debugging tools.
* Excellent problem-solving, ownership, and execution skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, global, remote team.
* Experience in fintech, payments, or mobile money is a major plus.
