### Senior Engineer (Full-Stack & AI)
### The Role
We're looking for a **Senior Engineer (Full-Stack & AI)** to bridge the gap
between our legal expertise and AI capabilities. You'll work directly with our
**founder (a practicing attorney)** and **top AI research team + backend dev
support staff** to refine and scale our platform.

### Key Responsibilities
* **Lead Full-Stack Development** : Build, improve, and maintain our platform using **Next.js, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python**.
* **AI/LLM Integration** : Implement AI-driven legal tools using APIs from OpenAI, Hugging Face, and vector databases.
* **System Architecture & Scaling**: Oversee **AWS-based infrastructure** , optimize system performance, and ensure scalability.
* **User Management & Security**: Implement and maintain **RBAC, Keycloak, and secure access management**.
* **Execute Our Product Roadmap** : Ship impactful features that enhance **legal research, drafting automation, and case analysis**.
### What We're Looking For
### Required Experience
* **4+ years full-stack development** in production environments
* **Strong React/Next.js background** (frontend performance, UI/UX best practices)
* **Backend expertise in Node.js & Python** (API development, database optimization)
* **AI/LLM implementation** (not research-heavy, but real-world applications)
* **System architecture & scaling experience** (AWS, microservices, performance optimization)
* **Proven track record of shipping software** in fast-moving environments
### Technical Skills
* Full-stack development: **Next.js, TypeScript, React, Node.js**
* Backend & API development: **Python, FastAPI, GraphQL, REST**
* AI integration: **LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)**
* Cloud & DevOps: **AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD**
* Database management: **PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis**
* Security & Access Management: **RBAC, Keycloak, OAuth**

### Compensation
* **$6,500 – $10,500/month**
* **Equity & full-time role based on performance**
