Looking for a US Co-Founder who has experience in Web3 and crypto. We are
building what could become the world's largest Block Chain Application, and
need a Co-Founder that has the vision, audacity and clout to drive this to
success. This is NOT a programming role (although we will be looking for
programmers too soon, so please apply), but a Co-Founder Role for someone who
can be the face of this game-changing Blockchain project.
**Job Description:**
1. Advise the Board on all Web3 tech matters
2. Raise funding for the Project (the most immediate task).
3. Appoint a CTO and ensure that the goals set by the Board are met
4. Be the global face of the Web3 Project, meeting media, investors and customers.
5. International travel involved
As we are a start-up, Salary is paid out and contingent upon funding being
secured. Therefore, if you are unwilling and/or unable to raise funds for the
project in the very near future and/or have no experience in doing so in the
past, then this role is probably not for you.
As Co-Founder, an equity equivalent to 5% of stock will be allotted over the
first year, with 2% vested immediately on funding, and 3% at end of first year
of service. Additionally, a 2% commission on total value of funds raised by
you will also be paid as bonus upon close of funding.
