Job Description

QuarryLabs is seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technical Officer to lead
the architectural evolution of QuarryChain, our Layer-1 Delegated Proof of
Stake (DPoS) network. As we move from Seed funding into our most critical
development phase, the CTO will be responsible for the successful deployment
of the QuarryChain Mainnet, the integration of our No-Code API, and the
technical oversight of the Quarry (QRY) Utility Token launch.

You will manage a growing engineering team, oversee the development of the
Quarry Virtual Machine (QVM), and ensure the security and scalability of our
DeFi suite, including QuarrySwap and QuarryWallet. This is a high-impact role
for a leader who wants to define the technical standard for the next
generation of decentralized infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Protocol Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end development and launch of the
QuarryChain Testnet and Mainnet.

System Architecture: Design and refine the DPoS consensus mechanism, QRC-20
token standards, and the No-Code API infrastructure.

Security & Auditing: Lead rigorous smart contract audits and network stress
testing to ensure ecosystem integrity before the QRY Public Sale.

Strategic Roadmap: Translate the QuarryLabs vision into executable technical
milestones, managing the transition from mobile wallet development to real-
world marketplace integration.

Team Scaling: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of blockchain,
backend, and mobile engineers.

closely with our local founder and investment partners.
