As our Founding Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our technology
and building a product that changes how legal teams work. This is an

Position Summary:
The Founding Engineer will be the driving force behind our technology,
building and scaling our platform from the ground up. This role requires an
exceptional coder—someone who thrives on hands-on development and can
architect and implement complex systems with ease. The ideal candidate has
deep full-stack expertise, a strong track record in building scalable
applications, and experience integrating AI models into real-world use cases.
Proficiency in frontend development is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of high-quality software solutions that
advance the company’s objectives.
• Drive rapid iteration and development velocity across the platform.
• Engineer the integration of AI/ML technologies into core products.
• Work directly with the CEO to set and execute the company’s technical
strategy.
Qualifications:
• 5-10 years experience in software development
• Extensive experience with full-stack development, including proficiency in
TypeScript, NextJS, Python, NodeJS, React, and other modern programming
languages and frameworks.
• Skilled in working on large volumes of data and databases (PostgreSQL,
MySQL, etc.).
• Proven ability to rapidly architect and scale complex systems in a fast-
growing startup environment.
• Practical experience with AI/ML model implementation; deep AI expertise is
not essential but should understand its application in business contexts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Location
North and South America. We do not sponsor any types of visas at this time.
