seeking an Account Based Marketing Consultant to drive our continued growth
and client success.

Role Overview
As Revenue Operations Lead at Will Be Live, you will play a pivotal role in
optimizing our internal revenue operations while also providing strategic
guidance to our client service teams. You will leverage your expertise in
revenue operations and account-based marketing to develop frameworks and
strategies that drive measurable results for both our agency and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Revenue Operations
Lead the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create a
synchronized revenue-driving machine
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies in collaboration with the
executive team
Optimize sales and marketing processes, driving efficiency through automation
and technology
Ensure data integrity across systems to support strategic decision-making
Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to inform the evolution of our
service offerings
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue operations and
report on progress to leadership

Client Strategy Development
Develop comprehensive RevOps frameworks and ABM strategies that our client
teams can implement
Guide the creation of targeted ABM campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline,
and bookings for clients' key accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-
quality revenue operations guidance to clients
Design scalable processes that enable clients to maximize the effectiveness of
their go-to-market efforts
Create systems for tracking and measuring the impact of revenue operations and
ABM initiatives

Team Leadership
Build and lead a team of revenue operations specialists as the company grows
Mentor team members on revenue operations best practices and ABM strategies
Foster cross-departmental cooperation between sales, marketing, and customer
success teams
Collaborate with regional marketing and client service teams to ensure
cohesive strategy implementation

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in revenue operations with a focus on B2B companies
Demonstrated success in implementing and managing ABM programs that drive
measurable results
Proven track record of aligning sales, marketing, and customer success
functions to achieve revenue goals
Strong understanding of marketing and sales technology stacks, including CRM
systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, and analytics
tools
Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract
actionable insights to inform strategy
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across
teams and with clients
Background in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue
growth

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in or with a marketing agency serving B2B clients
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and content marketing
strategies
Knowledge of current ABM tools, technologies, and trends
Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and decision-making processes
Prior experience in optimizing revenue tech stacks and processes
