We are on the verge of a **major milestone** , our **public launch late April
2025** , with **22,000+ users on our waitlist** and an **engaged beta user
customer community** already shaping our product. Over the next six weeks, we
are finalizing key features, testing with our users, and deep into fundraising
efforts to fuel our next stage of growth.

**About the Role** :
As a **Senior Full Stack Engineer** at WerQ AI, you will play a pivotal role
in refining and expanding our platform. We're nearing the **final phase of
beta testing** , and your expertise will be crucial finalizing remaining
features, ensuring a seamless user experience as we launch publicly, and
laying the foundation for our future development goals.

You'll be responsible for architecting and implementing core features,
integrating AI-driven insights, and optimizing performance across the stack.

**Responsibilities** :

* Design and Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable web applications using **NestJS** and **Next.js** , ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
* Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain **PostgreSQL** databases, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and efficient query handling.
* UI/UX Implementation: Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with **Tailwind CSS** , translating design mockups into high-quality code.
* AI Integration: Collaborate on integrating **LangChain** to enhance AI-driven features, ensuring the platform leverages cutting-edge AI technologies.
* Authentication and User Management: Implement and manage user authentication and authorization processes using **Clerk** , ensuring secure and seamless user experiences.
* Automated Testing and Scripting: Utilize **Puppeteer** for end-to-end testing and automation tasks, ensuring the reliability and performance of web applications.

**Salary**
US: $140,000 - $200,000 + Equity
CA: 202,538 CAD - 289,340 CAD + Equity
UK: £111,356 to £159,080 + Equity
EU: €134,904 to €192,728 + Equity

**_During the final six weeks of our beta, we are actively securing growth
funding while preparing for our public launch in April 2025, when user-driven
revenue begins. At that time, this role will transition into a full-time
salaried position within the stated annual range. Until then, compensation
will be deferred._**
