We are looking for an **Account Executive** to drive new business across our
key target segments. You will work closely with our CEO and sell directly to
healthcare owners, executives, and decision-makers. As **our first full-time
sales hire** , you will be a driving force behind our go-to-market strategy.
You will build lasting relationships with B2B clients across diverse
healthcare segments. You will also partner with the founding team to shape our
sales strategy, refine our messaging, and directly contribute to our revenue
growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prospect and generate leads within target segments such as pharmacies, health insurers, hospitals, and healthcare technology companies
* Conduct discovery calls and product demos to showcase our AI-powered voice and SMS agents
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to diverse healthcare stakeholders
* Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activities and forecasts
* Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and drive continuous improvements
* Assist in contract negotiations and and play a key role in closing new deals
**Qualifications**
* 3 to 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare technology or B2B software
* Proven ability to generate leads, conduct effective discovery calls, and close deals
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
* Ability to navigate complex sales environments and manage multiple prospects simultaneously
* Experience with CRM systems and a results-driven mindset
* Thrive at working in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to evolving priorities, and delivering high-quality results on time
