Overview

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with strong software development
roots and a consulting mindset. The role demands someone who can design,
implement, and deliver AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll
operate at the intersection of analytics, engineering, and business
translating client objectives into scalable, data-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Architect, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and AI solutions tailored to client business needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases, technical scope, and delivery timelines.
* Build predictive and prescriptive models to solve real-world business problems in diverse industries.
* Leverage automation and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable model training, deployment, and monitoring.
* Translate complex technical findings into actionable business insights for client stakeholders.
* Develop reusable frameworks, pipelines, and accelerators to improve project delivery efficiency.
* Participate in client workshops, solution design sessions, and technical presentations.
* Contribute to the creation of new AI offerings and accelerators.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in machine learning model development and software engineering.
* Proven track record deploying ML models into production environments.
* Strong skills in Python and common ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
* Experience with cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML).
* Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

* Experience developing AI roadmaps or proof-of-concept solutions for clients.
* Exposure to multiple industries (finance, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.).
* Familiarity with data governance, model interpretability, and AI ethics frameworks.
* Experience integrating models into enterprise applications via APIs or microservices.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
* Consulting or client-facing experience
