**Job Overview**
At TwinMind, you’ll be working alongside with experts in AI research,
engineering, design, product, and marketing. You will be expected to
experiment boldly, explore innovative solutions, and contribute to cutting-
edge product development in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. We want to
hire self-starters who want to get their hands dirty, learn whatever it takes,
and produce results fast.
Exceptional candidates will have the chance to join TwinMind full-time as one
of the first ten founding members with significant equity.
**What We 're Looking For**
* Strong experience in iOS development in Swift
* Skilled at building beautiful frontends with SwiftUI following Figma designs
* Familiar with data storage and synchronization with SwiftData, SQLite, CloudKit, etc.
* Knowledge of iOS best practices for performance optimization and battery efficiency
* Passion for creating clean, efficient, and well-documented code
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements
**Bonus Skills**
* Experience with natural language processing or speech recognition systems
* Familiarity with Core ML, MLX, and on-device AI
