We’re building a boutique specialty consulting firm focused on helping
specialty healthcare clinics (e.g. dermatology, orthopedics, fertility, etc.)
adopt AI and automation tools to reduce administrative burdens, streamline
operations, and improve care delivery. Additionally we provide consulting
services, perform retained-service work, and build + implement marketing
strategy.

I bring two decades of consulting, digital marketing, and agency experience
and am seeking a co-founder to lead growth, business development, and client
strategy. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape and scale a consulting
business from zero, targeted at a high-need, underserved segment.

**Your Role:**

As Co-Founder and Head of Growth, you will:

* Lead client outreach, sales conversations, and strategic partnerships
* Use your experience and network in specialty clinics to identify and open doors
* Package offerings with me to fit real operational pain points
* Represent the firm in pitches, discovery meetings, and negotiations
* Co-develop our go-to-market strategy and help win our first retained clients
* Play an active role in setting vision, values, and culture
* Share in equity ownership and long-term upside

**You Might Be a Great Fit If You:**

* Have consulting or sales experience into specialty healthcare clinics or similar
* Know decision-makers in areas like orthopedics, pain management, dermatology, etc.
* Understand how clinics operate—and where AI and automation can create value
* Are entrepreneurial and excited to build something meaningful from scratch
* Can confidently handle sales conversations and close deals
* Are open to equity and deal-based bonus compensation as we grow revenue
* Value transparency, collaboration, and doing great work for real people
* Are looking to capitalize on your experience and network to build a firm as a co-founder

**Compensation (Early Stage):**

* Equity ownership as a true co-founder
* Bonus compensation for every closed-won client deal
* Potential for future salary and profit sharing once consistent revenue is established
