**ABOUT ME**
I'm Ryan Gardner, founder of STACKD. Former professional athlete turned
startup founder. I built a full working prototype in two weeks through vibe
coding, just submitted our YC application and we are moving fast.

**WHAT WE 'RE BUILDING**
STACKD is a live social betting platform. Creators and athletes host live
sessions during real matches, fans join a shared betting pool called a stack
and everyone has skin in the game together. Think Kick meets Polymarket. The
prototype is live right now at stackdwin.com.

**WHERE WE ARE**
This is early and that is exactly the point. We have just applied to YC Summer
2026, we have 3 potential lead investors looking to put in $1.5M USD in our
pre-seed round at an attractive valuation, and we already have creator
partnerships and betting agency relationships in place. The foundation is
there. We need the right technical co-founder to build on top of it.

**THE MARKET**
Betting is a $600 billion industry where everyone bets alone. No community. No
shared moment. We are fixing that.

**HOW WE BUILD**
We build with AI. One great engineer directing the right tools moves faster
than a team of ten writing code manually. If that excites you rather than
threatens you, we should talk. The stack is React Native mobile, Next.js web,
Supabase backend, Mux for live video, Stream for real-time chat, and USDC on
Base Network for the crypto rail. You own the entire technical foundation from
day one.

**WHAT YOU GET**
10-20% equity with 4 year vesting and 1 year cliff. $70-120k USD salary from
funding close. Co-Founder title not employee. Real shot at a $1 billion exit
in 3 years.

**WHO WE NEED**
Someone who gets genuinely excited about building at the intersection of live
sport, social community and Web3. Full-stack strong, real-time systems
experience, Web3 a bonus. Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate. I
move fast and I expect the same.
