leadership. Full engagement and hiring will commence immediately upon closing
the initial investment round.

### Position Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

**Location:** United States (Remote)
**Reports To:** CEO/Founder
**Compensation:** $320,000 base salary + 2.0%–2.5% milestone-based equity
ownership + long-term options

### About SmartWorx

SmartWorx is redefining enterprise software with an AI-native, no-code ERP
platform that turns natural language into fully working business systems.
We're not updating ERP—we're replacing it.

This is a true zero-to-one CTO role: architecture validation, technology
leadership, delivery execution, and foundational team building are all in
scope. You’ll shape a platform designed to scale to $1B+ outcomes.

### What You’ll Do

* Own SmartWorx’s platform architecture: metadata-driven, AI-native, multi-tenant SaaS

* Review and validate the proposed technology stack: Blazor, ASP.NET Core, Azure SQL, CosmosDB, AKS, Azure OpenAI

* Lead the delivery of the 18-month alpha build and beyond

* Adjust and build the technical team (internal and offshore) as needed

* Ensure enterprise-grade scalability, security (SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP alignment), and extensibility

* Collaborate directly with CEO, Chief AI Architect, and UI Specialist to align vision, technology, and delivery

### Ideal Profile

* 10+ years in senior technical leadership (CTO, Chief Architect, VP Engineering)

* Cloud-native SaaS architecture experience (ASP.NET Core, Kubernetes, Azure ecosystem)

* Deep expertise in metadata-driven design, scalable APIs, secure microservices

* Hands-on experience with regulated environments (SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP)

* Builder's mindset: architecture through operational maturity
