manage shareholder risks and take advantage of market opportunities.
We are a team of former consultants, investors, and investment bankers. We are
looking to grow our team and are ready to develop our software now that we
have conducted significant customer discovery to validate our idea and market
solution.

Opportunity:
We are seeking a technical leader and CTO to drive the development of an
innovative product in the corporate governance and investment management
space. This role offers the opportunity for a highly skilled software engineer
with expertise in coding, AI/ML, and data science to join the founding team
and build AI/ML systems and solutions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

* Software engineer with ~5+ years of experience
* Strong backend programming skills
* Strong background in AI/ML and expertise in the latest models
* Strong background in data science and data analytics
* Ability to develop sophisticated AI prompts and train models
* Interest in corporate governance, investor relations, and public markets
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
