Job Description

**The Role**
We’re looking for a strong Senior Solidity Engineer who can own the smart
contract and protocol layer of our infrastructure. You’ll work on core
contracts, cross-chain coordination, access control systems, and developer-
facing primitives that power the next generation of decentralized
applications.
This is a high-ownership role in a small team. You’ll be responsible for
designing, writing, testing, and deploying production-grade smart contracts,
while also collaborating closely with off-chain backend engineers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and implement secure, gas-efficient smart contracts in Solidity
* Build and maintain core protocol components (identity, compute modules, access control, etc.)
* Write comprehensive tests and help establish strong security practices
* Collaborate with the team on architecture decisions and cross-chain integration
* Review code and mentor junior engineers when needed
* Stay up to date with the latest EVM improvements and security patterns

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of professional experience writing production Solidity smart contracts
* Strong understanding of EVM, gas optimization, and common security pitfalls
* Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or similar development frameworks
* Solid knowledge of smart contract security (audits, formal verification, bug bounties)
* Ability to work independently and take full ownership of features
* Good communication skills and comfort working in a remote, async environment

**Nice to Have**

* Experience with Rust (for off-chain components or CosmWasm)
* Previous work on infrastructure or developer tooling projects
* Contributions to open-source Web3 projects
* Experience with account abstraction or modular smart contract architectures

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary
* Fully remote with flexible hours
* Learning budget for conferences, courses, and tools
* High autonomy and real impact on the product from day one
* Small, high-trust team with strong engineering culture
