The short version: 8-month-old bootstrapped fintech. Already profitable.
Biggest merchant does $20M/month. 12 enterprise payment partners (Stripe,
Adyen, Airwallex, Nuvei, NMI, Finix, Braintree, Auth.net, Kurv, Quantum ePay,
PayArc, Chargeblast). Raising seed later this year. Need a CTO who's actually
built payment infrastructure — not managed people who built it.What we do:
Revley is the commerce operating system for high-scale subscription brands.
Merchants own their payment tokens, process across any gateway, and never lose
a subscriber when switching processors. Custom checkout via Shopify script
injection. PCI Level 1 vault with network tokenization. Multi-PSP routing with
CIT/MIT decisioning and processor fallback.The stack: NestJS monolith with
strategy-pattern PSP adapters (Stripe, Adyen, NMI, Airwallex). Next.js
checkout + admin console. Supabase (Postgres). Vercel. GitHub Actions e2e.
Linear across 7 projects.What you'd own: → Technical vision — payment routing,
token lifecycle, checkout speed (target <3s), scaling to 200 merchants →
Engineering team — 4 engineers today, growing to 8-10. You set the sprint, the
bar, and the architecture. → Technical roadmap — Revley Payments (white-label
Stripe alternative), AI store builder, AI customer support, billing system,
multi-orgYou've built payment systems. Stripe Connect, multi-PSP strategy
adapters, network tokenization (DPAN/FPAN), CIT vs MIT at protocol level, PCI-
compliant vaulting, payment routing with BIN-based selection and interchange
optimization. You still code when it matters.Comp: $130K–$150K base + rev
share on platform revenue + stock options + semi-annual increases. 1099
