Rejig.AI is a small team that’s built an innovative AI-driven platform that’s
changing the residential and commercial real estate businesses. We’ve built an
AI assistant specifically for real estate professionals to help agents
automate their business, drive more leads, close more deals, and automate a
strong digital presence.

We operate in massive, multi-trillion-dollar markets that represent more than
20% of US gross domestic product (GDP). Whether we’re working with a solo
agent, or a global real estate brokerage with tens of thousands of agents, the
need for a purpose-built AI assistant to help curate, create, automate and
iterate on digital marketing is profoundly valuable.
Our assistant is used by teams at all of the major brokerages, from Compass
and Coldwell Banker, to eXp and Keller Williams, as well as dozens of smaller
and boutique brokerages. Our team is fully remote, spread across two
continents, and solely focused on bringing the best of AI technology to serve
the needs of our real estate partners.

**The Role**
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team. As our first
full-time sales hire, you will play a pivotal role in executing our proven
sales strategies with direct support from the founding team. You’ll build on
the sales momentum that the founding team has put in place and accelerate our
growth. This position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while
contributing to the growth and development of our sales organization.

**What You’ll Do**
Identify and engage prospects through cold calling, emailing, and social
outreach
Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects via outbound activity
Schedule, conduct discovery calls and product demos with real estate agents;
teams
Achieve a monthly quota of closed deals
Help refine (or redefine) our outbound messaging and test new scripts or
outreach
Share customer insights from to inform product development pipeline

**What You Bring**
2–4 years of experience in tech sales (BDR, SDR, or AE)
Proven ability to cold call, follow up persistently, and close
Clear communicator, strong listener, and highly coachable
Organized, self-driven, and motivated to hit or exceed goals
Bonus: experience selling to real estate agents or SMBs

**Compensation**
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000–$140,000/year (base + commission)
Uncapped commission structure; your earning potential is tied to performance
