Rebel builds AI software for operationally heavy enterprises. Our products —
Rebel AI and Ghost — give institutions real-time decision intelligence and
autonomous operations across their business. We're early-stage, well-funded,
and already shipping to paying enterprise and government customers.
You'll work directly with the founders, ship customer-facing product surfaces
on top of our platform primitives (ontology, AI agents, workflows,
dashboards), and own the cloud infrastructure those products run on. In the
Palantir tradition of Forward Deployed Engineering, you'll sit in customer
calls, present what you build to enterprise buyers, and own the workflows that
turn pilots into multi-year contracts.
Experience: 6+ years shipping production software at SaaS or AI companies.
You should have:
Deep TypeScript expertise — Next.js (App Router), React 19, Server Components
Python for data work (pandas, DuckDB, Polars) and thin service layers
(FastAPI)
Production experience with AWS Bedrock or Anthropic SDK — agent loops,
streaming, tool use, RAG
Strong AWS infrastructure skills — VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront,
Route 53, ACM
Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or Pulumi
Multi-tenant SaaS architecture with per-tenant isolation
CI/CD with GitHub Actions or similar
SSO and OIDC integration with enterprise identity providers
PostgreSQL at scale — schema design, query optimization, migrations
Strong communication skills across both engineering and non-technical
stakeholders
US-based. Must be eligible to invoice as a 1099 contracto
3 month contract based.
