Cerbo•OptiMantra builds the EHR and practice management software behind
functional, integrative, direct primary care, concierge, med spa, and
behavioral health practices. Cerbo goes deep on clinical configuration and
protocol-specific workflows. OptiMantra is built for practices that need to
scale. Two platforms, one job: give practitioners technology that keeps pace
with how they actually work.
This is a back-end heavy full-stack role in PHP and Laravel, deploying to the
cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. You'll ship
features alongside senior engineers and across product, design, and
engineering.
The role asks for something specific: real fluency with AI coding assistants.
The team wants engineers who read AI output critically, catch the subtle bug
or security gap, recognize an outdated pattern, and know where a model is
strong and where it hallucinates. They want engineers who use AI with
judgment.
Builders use AI to take ideas all the way to shipped product. They move across
the work of product managers, designers, and engineers. You build things on a
