**The Role**

Join us in building the trust infrastructure that makes it possible for
organizations to use their most sensitive data with AI - without the risk.

You'll work directly with organizations where data exposure is the primary
barrier to AI adoption, guiding them from first conversation through live
deployment of Probability Drive's encrypted AI and rights-enforcement
technology. You'll be involved throughout the full sales cycle and own the
customer relationship end-to-end, working directly alongside our founders as
our first Deployment Strategist on a team of 5.

While this is not a coding role, technical acumen is required. You'll help
close deals by being the technical voice in the room, then make sure
deployments succeed — guiding, troubleshooting, and proving value from first
call to production.

**What You 'll Do**

1. Lead technical discovery, design custom architectures, and own POC execution for complex enterprise and government deployments
2. Debug production environments and troubleshoot encryption/security workflows hands-on
3. Partner with founders on pre-sales technical validation and own the handoff into production
4. Engage legal and commercial stakeholders on data sovereignty, licensing enforcement, and compliance without hand-waving technical details
5. Build reusable demo environments, architecture diagrams, integration guides, and security response docs
6. Feed customer insights directly to product and engineering to remove recurring deal blockers

**What You Bring**

* 7+ years working in technical roles — whether in sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical product management, or something adjacent. A CS degree or equivalent is a bonus.
* Proven track record owning enterprise POCs end-to-end through to production deployment
* Comfort with security concepts: threat models, encryption, compliance posture
* Self-directed with high tolerance for ambiguity — you make decisions independently, see projects through to completion, and pick up new domains fast. This is an early-stage environment; there is no playbook.
* Bonus: deep-tech infrastructure, AI/ML workflow experience, Web3/blockchain familiarity
* Ability to travel as needed for customer engagements (~ 20%)
