ABOUT AURIFY
Aurify is a B2C platform where users upload a photo and get back a high-
quality AI video or avatar — no prompts, no editing, no technical knowledge
required. Think of tools like HeyGen, Lensa, or Runway, but built for everyday
users and social media creators who just want great results fast.

We use and integrate existing AI models (image generation, video synthesis,
digital humans) and move quickly as new ones emerge. The product lives and
dies on output quality and how easy it is to use.

THE ROLE
We need a CTO who has been in this specific space — someone who has shipped a
consumer product that generates visual AI content and understands what it
takes to make that work at scale.

You'll own the full technical side: architecture, AI model integration, team,
infrastructure costs, and the feedback loop between what users do and what we
build next.

YOU'VE PROBABLY WORKED ON SOMETHING LIKE:
🔹 An AI avatar or digital human platform (e.g. similar to HeyGen, D-ID,
Synthesia)
🔹 A consumer image generation app (e.g. similar to Lensa, Adobe Firefly,
Midjourney)
🔹 An AI video creation tool (e.g. similar to Runway, Kling, Pika)
🔹 A social or UGC platform with AI-powered media features

You don't need to have worked at those exact companies — but you should know
the technical challenges involved: generation quality, latency, user
expectations, API costs, and keeping up with a model landscape that changes
every few weeks.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
🔹 Integrating and managing AI APIs for image, video, and avatar generation
🔹 Building architecture that handles high content volume reliably and cost-
effectively
🔹 Leading a small engineering team (currently front-end and back-end devs)
🔹 Making fast decisions when new models or competitors change the landscape
🔹 Keeping infrastructure and token costs in check as the user base grows
🔹 Working with marketing and content teams to make sure output quality matches
what users expect

WHAT MATTERS MOST
✅ You have shipped a B2C product where the core output is AI-generated visual
content
✅ You've worked hands-on with image or video generation APIs (not just read
about them)
✅ You're comfortable in a small team without established processes
✅ You understand consumer behavior — retention, virality, and why users share
or don't share
