**About ParlayX**
ParlayX is an execution platform for sports prediction markets built for
betting syndicates. We aggregate liquidity across venues and provide a single
interface to execute trades.

**About The Role**
ParlayX’s mission is to become the premier execution and brokerage platform
for sports prediction markets and the central hub connecting the ecosystem. We
are hiring a founding engineer to help build the institutional grade product
our syndicate clients rely on.
This role focuses on the blockchain and backend infrastructure powering our
execution engine, venue integrations, and cross chain trade routing. This hire
will have real ownership over technical direction, not just implementation.
Although backend focused, you will also work across the client application and
ramp into new stacks as needed. We value engineers who learn quickly, take
initiative, and push back. We do not assume the product vision or architecture
is fully figured out and want someone who will speak up when they see a better
path.

**What You’ll Own**
Routing & Execution Engine: filling large syndicate orders across venues at
best price
Venue Integrations: Polymarket CLOB, SX Bet RFQ, and new venues
Chain & Wallet Abstraction: Cross-chain Execution
Technical Direction: shape architecture decisions and help drive the roadmap

**Who You Are**
Strong systems/backend engineer with experience in prediction markets, DEX
aggregators, or onchain execution.
High integrity, low ego, and eager to learn.
Take initiative and fail forward, you're not afraid to move fast and break
things.
Wants real ownership, not a ticket queue

**Compensation & Logistics**
Base Salary: 100-150k
Equity: Meaningful Equity
Location: In-Person NY/Remote
