We’re Oppla — an agentic-AI platform that gives product-led growth teams a
full-stack virtual team: PM, Growth, UX, Analytics & more, working together to
ship weeks of work overnight. Think: autonomous AI agents ingesting behavioral
signals, generating data-backed insights, and turning ideas into launches.
We’re at an inflection point: real customers are collapsing discovery cycles
from months to days with Oppla. We’re hiring an AI Agent Developer to help
push the boundaries of autonomous, multi-agent systems.
### What you’ll work on
* Architect & build autonomous agent workflows (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, etc.) for planning, execution, evaluation loops.
* Fine-tune & optimize open-source LLMs with PyTorch/Lightning, LoRA, QLoRA, and RAG pipelines.
* Prototype everything from notebooks to microservices, measure real-world performance, iterate.
* Build evaluation harnesses for reliability, latency, cost, and automate regression tests.
* Collaborate with PMs, designers, engineers to translate customer pain into agent skills.
* Stay on top of research in tool-former models, autonomous evaluation, multi-agent memory architectures—bring breakthroughs into production.
### 🙌 You might be a fit if you…
✅ 3–6+ yrs Python; 2+ yrs PyTorch hands-on (TorchScript, Lightning, etc.)
✅ Shipped / open-sourced LLM-powered agents (CrewAI, AutoGen, AutoGPT,
LangChain, etc.)
✅ Comfortable with vector DBs (PGVector, Weaviate, Qdrant), orchestration
tools (Ray, Celery, FastAPI)
✅ Know how to move paper → prototype → production with real-world constraints
✅ Take a product mindset: curious about user outcomes, not just model metrics
✅ Thrive in fast-moving, zero-ego teams where you own problems end-to-end
Bonus points: SaaS/dev-platform experience, LLM observability tools (Helicone,
LangSmith), open-source contributions, front-end prototyping (Next.js,
TypeScript).
