We are looking for a skilled video content creator and marketer join Olera and
play a key role in our mission to support families with an elder loved one in
need of care. This role is content-first, with an emphasis on creating high-
quality short form and long-form video content that tells powerful stories and
drives engagement. If you’re good at producing compelling videos and love
social media, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You will collaborate closely with the founders to create impactful content and
manage our social media presence. Your work will directly contribute to
growing our audience and deepening engagement with caregivers and care
providers.

* _Responsibilities include:

* Produce and edit high-quality video content tailored to social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
* Create short-form videos, reels, animations, and other visuals that engage and inspire.
* Ensure content aligns with Olera’s tone, values, and mission.

* _Secondary Responsibilities

* Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, ensuring messaging is consistent and content is engaging.
* Community Engagement: Interact with followers by responding to comments and inquiries in a professional, friendly tone.
* Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to align with Olera’s broader marketing strategies.
* Influencer Outreach: Help identify potential influencers, manage relationships, and coordinate collaborations.
