Job Description

**Commission-based 1099 contractor role. Earn up to $2,000 per qualified
closed sale, $200 on qualified downsell offers, and possible management
base/bonus pay for top performers. Earnings are not guaranteed.**

NyneCom LLC is looking for Remote Full-Cycle B2B Account Executives who can
handle the full sales process from lead generation to close.

You will prospect business owners, generate leads, book calls, follow up,
present our offer, and close qualified deals.

We help businesses making $50,000 to $1M+ monthly grow using sales systems,
AI, automation, lead generation, follow-up, appointment booking, CRM
pipelines, missed-call recovery, customer reactivation, and reputation/review
systems.

This role is for serious salespeople who want performance-based upside.

**Pay Structure**
You can earn:
Up to $2,000 per qualified closed sale
$200 per qualified downsell offer
Uncapped commission potential
Commissions are paid only on qualified closed deals after customer payment is
received, verified, and approved.

_Earnings are not guaranteed. Income depends on activity, follow-up, sales
skill, qualified closed deals, customer payment, tracking accuracy, and
management approval._

**Management Base/Bonus Opportunity**
Top performers may qualify for $4,000/month base/bonus pay.
To qualify, you must reach and maintain at least 10 qualified sales per month
and take on a leadership role.

Sales may come from your own direct efforts or from an approved team you help
build and manage.

If the monthly sales requirement is not maintained, base/bonus pay may pause
until the requirement is met again.

**Business Unit Performance Bonus Opportunity**
Top performers may also become eligible for a business-unit performance bonus
tied to their assigned sales category.
This is not ownership in NyneCom LLC.

Selected Business Unit Growth Leaders may qualify for a contractual bonus
opportunity tied to future business-unit performance or sale proceeds, subject
to written agreement, vesting, continued performance, company approval, and
compliance with all terms.

This does not grant ownership, voting rights, stock, LLC membership interest,
control rights, or authority over company assets.

Help build repeatable sales systems
This is not a passive role. You must be able to create activity, manage your
own pipeline, and close.

**Tools & Systems**
_Tools are required for this role._
Contractors may use approved sales tools that allow proper tracking, follow-
up, pipeline management, and communication.

NyneCom LLC also has an internal tech stack available for contractors who want
access to our tools, sales systems, scripts, automations, AI workflows, and
tracking setup.

We prefer contractors use our internal stack because everything is integrated
and easier to manage, including:
CRM pipelines
Sales scripts
Follow-up workflows
AI support tools
Appointment booking
Lead tracking
Affiliate tracking
Sales assets
Automation templates
Business-unit reporting
Our internal tool stack includes assets already created to help the sales team
convert more effectively.

All deals must be properly tracked through company-approved systems to qualify
for commissions, base/bonus pay, or business-unit performance bonuses.

**Contractor Status**
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
You are not being hired as a W-2 employee. You are responsible for your own
taxes, work setup, tools, and sales activity. Compensation is performance-
based and subject to written agreement.
