We are rebuilding our business with AI across operations, ERP, manufacturing,
sourcing, sales, and internal systems.
You will own projects from stakeholder conversation to working product:
clarify requirements, build V1s with AI, organize GitHub, deploy to Vercel,
validate with users, document the system, and involve our lead developer when
deeper engineering is required.
You are not expected to be a senior software architect. You must be technical,
resourceful, organized, and capable of moving projects forward without
micromanagement.
**This is a long-term opportunity.**
We're starting as a 1099 hourly contractor because we hire based on
demonstrated results, not résumés. Our goal is to find someone who becomes a
long-term part of the company and grows with us.
### **What You’ll Own**
* Gather requirements from customers and department leaders.
* Turn ambiguous requests into clear plans and acceptance criteria.
* Build functional V1 applications using Claude Code or similar tools.
* Own GitHub issues, branches, pull requests, projects, and documentation.
* Deploy and troubleshoot applications on Vercel.
* Configure and test APIs, webhooks, integrations, and environment variables.
* Validate workflows before calling work complete.
* Coordinate with our lead developer on architecture, security, and production-quality engineering.
* Keep multiple projects moving and close loops.

### Preferred Experience
Claude Code or similar AI coding tools, GitHub, Vercel, APIs, webhooks,
JavaScript or Python, technical product ownership, requirements gathering,
testing, and documentation.
