### About the Role

We’re looking for a Micro-SaaS Developer to join our Pixl Sight project,
focusing on building an AI-driven A/B testing platform for e-commerce. In this
role, you’ll receive revenue share from the sales generated by the software
for a specified timeframe once it goes live. If you thrive on creative
problem-solving, enjoy working across global teams, and like exploring new AI
tools, we’d love to have you on board.

### Responsibilities

**Design & Build:** Collaborate with our team to plan and develop critical
features for Pixl Sight’s A/B testing, analytics, and storefront automation.
**AI Integration:** Experiment with how AI can enhance design optimizations,
traffic allocation, or operational workflows.
**End-to-End Development:** Tackle both frontend and backend challenges, from
user interfaces to data pipelines.
**Collaboration:** Coordinate with an international group of designers,
engineers, and entrepreneurs. Share ideas for how we can improve and expand
the platform.

### Qualifications

Relevant Web Development Experience (full-stack, backend, or frontend).
Interest in micro-SaaS business models and willingness to share in the
project’s revenue.
Comfortable working with low-code/no-code tools and exploring various AI
technologies.
Strong Communication Skills for cross-time-zone teamwork.
Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of making technical architecture decisions.
