We are looking for a swiss-knife founding go-to-market lead to build and
develop our growth engine.
**Responsibilities**
* Source teams launching real-world or experimental side projects
* Run experiments to build a self-sustaining acquisition engine for projects
* Manage and grow our community presence across Twitter, Farcaster, Telegram, Discord, etc. Work with CEO and Engineering team to automate social and community management
* Design and execute campaigns
* Leverage our omnichain strategy to leverage the most active communities across the web3 ecosystem
* Be the face and tone of our brand in early-stage ecosystems (degen Twitter, Farcaster channels, group chats)
**Requirements**
* Strong track record in business development in Web3 or startup environments
* Deep understanding of crypto-native community psychology — especially meme cycles, shitcoin dynamics, and social-first virality
* Comfortable writing fast, weird, and on-brand content for social platforms
* Fluency with AI-powered marketing workflows (e.g. prompt design, LLM automation, image/video generators, Notion/Discord bots)
* Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end with minimal structure
* High-context understanding of token launches, bonding curves, and ecosystem dynamics
* Obsessed with helping real builders win — and turning side quests into core missions
