Job Description

We are building an AI platform and transformation company for regulated
industries. We are also co-leading the development of Agent Evaluation
Standards for Banking with trade groups.

Experience. 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1.5-2
years building and shipping production LLM or agent-based systems. Deep
fluency in Python and the modern AI stack (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex,
CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent), and hands-on experience with RAG
architectures, embedding models, and vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone,
pgvector), including chunking, re-ranking, and hybrid search. Comfortable in
regulated, high-stakes environments e.g., fintech, banking, or healthcare and
able to deploy and operate workloads on AWS or GCP without a dedicated DevOps
hire. Strong API design and backend fundamentals, and a builder’s mentality
that spans rough prototypes to enterprise-grade systems with SLA guarantees.

What you’ll do. Own the technical roadmap from day one, reporting to the CEO.
Envision the product in close partnership with our design-partners shaping
core architecture decisions that will define the platform.
