**About Us**
Makerble® is a digital platform on a mission to give every nonprofit the
insights and motivation to continuously improve the positive impact they make
on the world. We help organisations track their activities, understand their
outcomes, and show the difference they make—clearly and confidently.
At the heart of our platform are four core products:
* CRM
* Surveys
* Impact Reporting
* Event Tracking
Most of our customers are currently in the UK, with rapid expansion underway
in South Africa and the United States.
Historically, customers required hands-on support during onboarding. Over the
past year, we introduced a suite of self-service onboarding features and
transitioned from a premium model to a freemium model to unlock faster
customer acquisition and greater scalability.
**Where We Are Now**
Our tech team includes:
* 4 full-time developers
* 1 DevOps engineer
* 4 part-time volunteer developers
The existing platform is built primarily in Ruby on Rails and hosted on Azure.
As we mature, we are prioritising key architectural and strategic upgrades
including:
* Rebuilding our platform from the ground up in Golang and Next.JS
* Incorporating Generative AI into multiple product features
* Introducing multilingual capability across the full product ecosystem
* Improving modularisation, scalability, and system-wide performance
This is a significant evolution stage: the platform is proven and revenue-
generating, and now we are preparing for scale.
**The Role**
We are seeking a CTO who will work closely with the Founder/CEO to define and
execute the next phase of Makerble’s technical strategy. This is an equity-
