**About the Role:**
You’ll be a good match if you are obsessed with data and growing a company as
fast as humanly possible.
**You Will:**
* Own all growth marketing initiatives and channels.
* Manage key ad platforms (Google, Meta, Tiktok, etc.) and other growth channels on a day-to-day basis; set campaign budgets and objectives; monitor performance and adjust on a continuous basis
* Analyze data from the ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), our database + data wharehouse, and other sources to report on marketing performance and uncover new insights
* Implement and monitor attribution measurement to understand where new customers are coming from, and the interactions between each channel
* Optimize budget/spend levels for each channel individually, and across channels
* Perform A/B tests to unlock insights and optimize conversion, growth, monetization, etc.
* Plan and source ad creatives
* Build dashboards and report key performance metrics for various stakeholders
* Always think about the highest leverage point for growth, and focus all your energy there
**You Have:**
* 2+ years of growth marketing experience
* Extreme focus on results and performance
* Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.
* Ability to manage designers and video editors to produce ad creatives, and experience with creative testing methodology
* Experience with attribution measurement and methodologies
* Ability to measure and model key marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, cohorts, unit economics, etc.
* Strong data analytics skills (excel, SQL, python, etc.)
* Ability to work effectively with a broad spectrum of both internal team members and external partners (investors, etc.)
