### Main Job Responsibilities/Focus
* Identifying potential clients in our target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs
* Developing relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships
* Working with the IT service team to identify known and unknown business problems in a prospective client’s business environment
* Creating IT solutions to business problems and develop contract-winning proposals for prospective clients
* Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
* Collaborate with service team to ensure successful implementation of contracted products, services, and solutions
* Becoming a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
* Actively using our CRM to manage and growing your sales pipeline
* Hard work in a fast pace and positive environment

* Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills
* Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate and problem-solve
* Knowledge of trends in computers, networks, cloud computing and Wi-Fi
* Proficient in using business software including MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
* Bachelor’s degree required. Focus on business, management, communication, or IT preferred.
