service management solutions. Weโ€™re looking for an experienced ServiceNow
Architect to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, and more
* Define architectural vision and implementation roadmap with business stakeholders and technical teams
* Oversee customization, configuration, and module development with a focus on scalability and best practices
* Design integrations with third-party systems (LDAP, AD, SAP, APIs) for seamless interoperability
* Guide and mentor development teams, enforcing high coding standards and best practices
* Optimize platform performance, usability, and cost-efficiency
* Establish governance for data integrity, security, and compliance
* Act as a subject matter expert for clients, offering strategic advice on architecture and automation
* Produce clear, comprehensive documentation (architecture diagrams, workflows, implementation guides)
* Lead system upgrades and enhancements aligned with ServiceNowโ€™s latest releases

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management)
* Cloud integration experience (AWS, Azure)
* Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments
* 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow solution design and implementation
* 3+ years in a lead or architect role
* Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CMDB
* Strong grasp of Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
* Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server)
* Advanced scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules)
* Strong understanding of update sets, deployment processes, and platform governance
* Familiarity with Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence
* Certifications preferred: CAD, CSA, CTA
* Solid ITIL knowledge and ability to map ITIL processes in ServiceNow
* Experience with agile methodologies and large-scale implementations
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
