A Bit About The Role
Manage budget, cost, schedule, resources and timelines.
Interface with external and internal stakeholders to capture project
requirements
Manage third party vendors and implementation partners
Provide project status updates to the stakeholders on a regular basis.
Identify and obtain project team resources
Manage overall project performance including, scope, quality, schedule, and
risks.
Serve as the primary communicator with the sponsor and key stakeholders on
project issues
Review contractor’s invoices and change orders for accuracy and completeness
Lead regularly scheduled, detailed project presentations to various levels of
management.
Ensure a good collaboration and working relationship between the project
manager, line managers, and the resources assigned to the project

About You
Bachelor’s degree
PMP and/or Scrum Master certified
10 years of experience leading, driving, and delivering ERP projects with
multiple integrated work streams.
The candidate should have hands-on experience working with various project
management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience working in/with any big 5 consulting companies such as Accenture,
Deloitte is a huge plus.
Proven experience managing ERP projects using waterfall and/or agile
methodologies
Experience leading Oracle Fusion and Salesforce projects is a huge plus.
Has experience managing projects within IT for Finance, Accounting, Supply
Chain and CRM business functions.
Impeccable verbal and written communications skills to work effectively with
senior stakeholders
Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and
resolve problems
