We’re looking for a Software Engineer to lead our development efforts, drive
technical strategy, and build scalable solutions for our digital-first
coaching platform. This role requires hands-on coding, leadership, and a
passion for innovation in a fast-paced startup.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and develop modern, scalable applications.
* Architect features, optimize system performance, and ensure security compliance (SOC 2).
* Manage APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
**Requirements:**
* 7+ years of software development experience.
* Expertise in PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Vue.js, Quasar), MySQL, MongoDB.
* Experience with RESTful APIs, WordPress, AWS, Docker, Apache, Nginx, CentOS.
* Mobile development (Objective-C, Java, Apache Cordova) is a plus.
